Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Filmera app ("Filmera", the "app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Filmera, you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Filmera on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Standard EULA. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its assets (including the bundled presets and effects).

Your content

Your photos and edits are entirely yours. Filmera processes them on your device and claims no ownership or rights over them. You are responsible for having the rights to any images you edit.

Free and premium features

Filmera includes a set of free features and a set of premium features unlocked through an in-app purchase or subscription. Free features remain available without payment. Premium features are clearly marked in the app.

Subscriptions

Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to its policies; please request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Use Filmera lawfully. Do not use it to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates the App Store guidelines.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Filmera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of images or data. Always keep your own backups of important photos.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
