Is Filmera free?

Yes — a full set of features is free. Some advanced tools are part of Filmera Premium, an optional in-app purchase or subscription.

Where are my photos stored?

On your device. Filmera edits everything locally and never uploads your photos. Edited images are saved back to your library only when you choose to.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel. Auto-renew can be turned off any time up to 24 hours before the period ends.

I paid but premium isn't unlocked.

In the app, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, and make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account used to buy. If it still doesn't unlock, email us.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
